Participants of the workshops will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of intercultural competences and equal treatment. The detailed topics of the workshop will include the following issues: the situation of various groups of students in the context of equality and acceptance, discrimination (causes, forms, consequences, prevention), the phenomenon of microaggression, individual and institutional activities for promoting equality and cultural diversity.
Each participant of the workshop will receive a certificate of participation.
